Shaughnessy is the wealthiest neighbourhood in Vancouver.  It was created by the Canadian Pacific Railway, who was once the largest real estate developer in Canada.  Shaughenssy is mainly residential with sprawling lots, mansions and upscale shopping.  It is bordered by 16th and 41st Avenues (N/S) and West Boulevard and Oak Street (E/W).
