West Point Grey is a an upscale neighbourhood and one of the most expensive areas in Vancouver.  The streets are lined with mature trees and its hilly nature makes for spectacular views. It is bordered by English Bay to the North, 15th Avenue to the south, Alma Street to the East and Blanca to the west (UBC Endowment Lands).  Shopping and dining is mainly along West 10th Avenue.
