Arbutus is part of the Arbutus Ridge Community. The area is bordered by West Boulevard and MacKenzie St, and West 16th and 41st Avenues. The neighbourhood consists mainly of upscale, single-family homes, larger than average size lots and tree lined street. There are great views of the North Shore mountains and Jericho and Spanish Banks beaches are only minutes away.
