A full time residential realtor since 1992 Bernie also has comprehensive experience in commercial real estate, including listing, selling and leasing industrial, retail, and office buildings. As well he has been involved in various multi- family project sales, he has assembled property and taken it through all necessary planning and rezoning steps for highest and best use.
Previous to Real estate Bernie's background was in sales, and he continues to this day to stay on top of marketing and sales trends.
